Mike is an experienced labor and employment attorney in Bond, Schoeneck & King’s Albany office. He represent clients—as both litigator and counselor—in matters regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York State Labor Law, Title VII and other anti-discrimination and retaliation laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, trade secrets, arbitrations, and workplace investigations.
